About these terms
These terms apply to the Glow Up, Gyrl website, resources, shop, and services offered by Kyra Mitchell Lewis. Contact hello@glowupgyrl.com with questions. Any specific terms shown for an offer, at checkout, or in a separate written agreement also apply. A separate agreement controls where it addresses the same issue differently.
Content and services
Podcast conversations, articles, worksheets, and Story Labs provide educational, creative, and reflective support. They do not replace medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice. Guest views are their own. We do not promise a particular personal, business, publicity, or income result.
Story Labs and collaborations
Story Labs are arranged individually, based on fit and availability. An inquiry does not reserve a session. Scope, fee, timing, and booking details are confirmed before you book and pay through a private link. Personalized written materials are prepared after the session.
Guest appearances, sponsorships, and event collaborations are subject to the scope and conditions agreed for that opportunity. Sending an inquiry does not create a booking, sponsorship, or obligation to feature someone.
Orders, payments, and offer policies
Review the item or service description, price, applicable taxes, shipping, and any specific conditions before paying. Provide accurate contact and delivery information. Payments are processed through the payment provider presented during checkout or booking.
Cancellation, rescheduling, refund, return, and delivery conditions depend on the specific product, service, or agreement. If a condition is unclear, email hello@glowupgyrl.com before purchasing or booking. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
For missing, damaged, incorrect, or inaccessible orders, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue so we can review it with you. Delivery estimates and available shipping options are provided for the order; they may depend on the fulfillment provider.
Digital resources and personalized materials
Unless a resource includes a different license, downloadable worksheets and digital products are for your own personal use. Do not resell, redistribute, or present them as your own work. Contact us if you need permission for a different use.
You may use the personalized bios, Story Snapshot, and About Me draft prepared for you through a Story Lab in your own professional materials. You remain responsible for checking factual accuracy and obtaining permission for any third-party material you provide.
Ownership and submissions
Website text, branding, podcast recordings, photographs, and other original materials belong to Glow Up, Gyrl or their respective owners. Link to our public content or request permission before reproducing it beyond uses allowed by law.
You retain ownership of the materials you provide. An inquiry or private Story Lab submission does not, by itself, give us permission to publish it as a testimonial or promotional content. Recording, guest-release, sponsorship, and collaboration permissions are handled separately where relevant.
Respectful use and third-party services
Use the site lawfully and respect other people’s rights. Do not submit harmful or infringing content, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt site features, or misuse forms and messaging. We may restrict access when needed to address misuse or protect the site.
External links, podcast players, booking tools, and payment services are operated by their providers and have their own terms and privacy practices. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled through this site.
Updates and contact
Website features and offers may change, and service interruptions can occur. We may update these terms; the date above identifies the latest version. Updates do not automatically change conditions already agreed for an existing purchase or booking.
