Once the form is submitted, it will be reviewed, and if selected, you will receive a booking link to schedule your recording time - please note, that the host is located in the US and is in the Eastern time zone and the times available reflect that. If you live in a different time zone and none of the available times work for you, please email us at hello@glowupgyrl.com and we will work together to try and find a time that accommodates everyone.
Pre-Recording -
Once your booking is confirmed, one month prior to your recording date, you will be contacted to confirm the following:
- the date and time still work and,
- your submitted information is still accurate. -
1-2 weeks before your recording, you will receive a discussion outline.
Episode Launch -
On the day of the episode launch, you'll receive an email with all audio/video links, and images and clips to promote your appearance.
