Stay hydrated:

Water is an important part of all body functions and processes, including digestion and elimination. When you're on a diet,water also acts as a weight-loss aid because it can help you eat less. Drinking water is important during weight loss because it provides hydration without unwanted calories

Get rid of the junk food!

Remove the temptation! Lose the Oreos, chips, soda, desserts, etc. etc. etc.

If it's not there, then you don't have to worry about eating it.

Balanced Diet

  • Fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and fat-free or low-fat milk and milk products

  • Lean meats, poultry, fish, beans, eggs, and nuts.

  • Food low in saturated fats, trans fats, cholesterol, salt (sodium), and added sugars.

  • And foods that stays within your daily calorie needs.
